Responsibilities

Hiring, leading, coaching, inspiring, and nurturing an existing team that provides program management support for Core Audio projects
Collaborating with the Senior Manager of Core Audio and other Engineering Managers to develop and execute on a Software and Hardware roadmap
Improving project delivery processes at Apple

Required

5+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products
5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing features or projects from concept through delivery
2+ years of managing project managers, as well as experience in managing people managers
Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently

Preferred

Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
Strong ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly, manage comprehensive yet succinct project status update to all levels of audience, both verbally and in written forms
Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities required to forge a path to success
Experience with leading and improving existing and developing new engineering processes at scale
Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field and equivalent experience
