Reviews invoices and check requests for accuracy and completion
Processes invoices and check requests for payment
Monitors account to ensure payments are up to date
Resolves invoice and payment discrepancies
Reconciles payments through timely processing of FACS issues
Corresponds with vendors and responds to inquiries
Performs recoupment activities as required
Performs other duties as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
2-6 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
High School Diploma Required
