Develop personalized financial strategies that help clients protect, grow, and transfer their wealth
Educate clients on investment, insurance, and retirement solutions
Build long-term relationships and a loyal client base
Receive mentorship and hands-on guidance from experienced leaders and advisors
Leverage Prudential’s partnership with LPL Financial, offering access to a leading independent platform and one of the strongest support systems in the industry
Qualification
Required
A strong interest in personal finance, investments, or entrepreneurship
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow a business from the ground up
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Sales, customer service, or leadership experience a plus
