1+ years expProvisions Group is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to support daily IT operations. The technician will provide hands-on, first- and second-level support for end users in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, primarily onsite with some remote support as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for end users in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general desktop support
Perform onsite support including hardware setup, imaging, troubleshooting, and break/fix
Support 45–50 users initially, with potential growth to 150 users
Provide remote and phone support to other locations during peak times as needed
Assist with basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, printers, switches, etc.)
Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when appropriate
Maintain documentation and follow IT support processes and standards
Qualification
Required
Local to Columbia, SC area and able to work onsite full-time
1–2 years of IT support experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
Strong experience with Microsoft-based environments (Windows, O365)
Experience supporting end users in a hands-on, onsite role
Ability to work independently in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Manufacturing or warehouse IT support experience
Basic networking knowledge (switches, cabling, connectivity, printers)
Experience supporting both onsite and remote users
