Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle candidate processing, including language assessments, candidate review, and pipeline management to support high-volume hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking across multiple recruiting systems and platforms
Execute focused sourcing and recruiting work to support large-scale team projects and aggressive hiring goals
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a tech-focused environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools; advanced Excel experience preferred
Proven ability to build effective Boolean search strings and engage candidates throughout the recruiting process
Experience delivering a high-quality stakeholder and candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting
