Lead and develop a large, cross-functional team
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in finance systems, ERP, or finance transformation leadership
Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise system programs
Strong finance domain expertise across accounting, tax, and financial controls
Experience with major ERP platforms (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills
