Responsibilities
Achieve operational goals and metrics related to lines per hour, accuracy, cartons per order, overtime, safety, cleanliness, on-time shipping
Manage 25-35 hourly employees, including performance management, labor planning, and regular shifting and reprioritization of work
Manage and coordinate Inbound purchase orders, Outbound shipments, cycle counting, inventory management, or 3PL accounts
Monitor and enforce quality control standards
Conduct daily communication kick-off meetings with the team
Interview, hire and train new warehouse personnel when needed
Provide ongoing coaching and training to all warehouse staff
Identify and communicate improvement opportunities
Manage and adjust work schedules as necessary based on the needs and expectations of our customer
Qualification
Required
Forklift experience on OS and Reach
RF Experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
