Assist customers primarily by phone, sometimes via chat, regarding medical device product
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the product
Document each interaction into the CRM accurately
Qualification
Required
1 year+ of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
Seeking fully bilingual candidates – verbal and written; English and either French or Spanish
Experience with electronic documentation systems, HIPAA environments, and troubleshooting support is ideal
Patience, empathy, and communication are key
Must have dependable internet service
