Responsibilities
The analyst is responsible for data analysis, benchmarking (productivity, revenue, and expenses) and extract, organizing and presenting data, and operational insight to identify opportunities
The role also manages projects both in the capacity of project lead and project sheet author
In addition to division duties, including coordinating SOPs for key departments, the analyst supports resort initiatives
Qualification
Required
Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
Ability to convert complex data into graphs, tables, and reports
Experience with POS systems
Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft Office programs)
Excellent organizational skills
Detailed-oriented
Analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize strategies
Forward thinking, long-range planner
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with approved DMV record
College graduate
Preferred
3-4 years' experience in resort operations
Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet and Snowflake programs
Experience in developing business cases and ROI analysis for capital investments
