Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to generate insights on user behavior and funnel performance
Support experience optimization experiments, including building test setups, validating tracking, monitoring results, and summarizing outcomes for stakeholders
Partner with content, design, and development teams to update digital components, ensure quality assurance, and implement enhancements that improve usability, relevance, and user flow
Qualification
Required
Have earned a high school diploma or GED
Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Communications, Marketing or Related Major from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered)
Are authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
