The Florida Public Service Commission is dedicated to ensuring reliable utility services for Florida's consumers. They are seeking an Operations Analyst I to lead daily mail operations and assist in various support services, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

Lead in operation of daily Commission’s mail operations including courier deliveries

Assist in various areas of the Support Service Section including mail distribution, supplies and printing delivery services

Lead in the high-volume, computer-based publishing system

Assist the Operations Manager in planning work production to assure smooth workflow and conformity to standards

Request service on equipment as needed

Operate document scanning equipment, folder/inserter and spiral binder

Serve as backup to the OAII in posting incoming utility assessment fees from utility companies for audit purpose

Ensure expeditious delivery of revenues to the Commission’s cashier for deposit

Qualification

Required

Possession of a valid driver license

Two or more years' experience in mail operations

One or more years' experience in digital imaging

One or more years' experience in copying and printing
