Responsibilities

Identify system performance problems and possible solutions

Resolve customer service issues and assist in implementing solutions

Collect data in support of performance evaluations and program optimization

Responsible for “Pager Duty” alarm clearing

Repair and install equipment as needed

Work with internal department managers as needed to meet company objectives

Work with Deployment and Construction counterparts to hit project timelines and goals

Evaluate coverage problems and new service area requirements for coverage cells

At times, identify causes of RF interference and troubleshooting interference problems with various customers

Organize and conduct meetings as necessary to meet departmental objectives

Work closely with Construction team to oversee infrastructure modifications

Attend weekly meeting with customer

Required

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks

4 year BS (engineering or science) plus 1-3 years Telecom experience or 3-5 years minimum Telecom experience with Associate's Degree or related College courses

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio

Handle confidential/ sensitive information with discretion

Good judgment

Familiar with Carrier testing and closeout package requirements

Use of standard office equipment

Good vision and hearing

Finger and wrist dexterity

Light physical effort (usually lifting/moving 50 pounds)

Walking up and down stairs

Ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours

Work indoor/outdoor with variable condition

Regional travel required

Must be able to work in the United States

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America
