Responsibilities

Define and elevate the creative vision and standards across all agency deliverables
Inspire, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary creative team including art directors, copywriters, designers, UX/UI professionals, video producers, and content creators
Champion breakthrough ideas and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
Collaborate closely with account strategy, media, and analytics teams to ensure creative solutions are aligned with business goals and brand objectives
Translate complex client needs into insightful, strategically grounded creative briefs
Drive integration of creative strategy with data, customer insights, and digital trends
Serve as the senior creative point of contact for key clients; present ideas with confidence, clarity, and passion
Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic thinking, creative stewardship, and consistent delivery of high-quality work
Partner with account and business development teams to uncover client needs and expand service offerings through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Lead or support new business pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure net new clients
Act as a strategic advisor and creative partner in growing the agency’s footprint within existing accounts
Manage creative department budgeting, staffing, timelines, and resource allocation
Implement systems and workflows that ensure productivity, collaboration, and accountability
Establish KPIs to measure creative effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes

Required

10+ years of creative agency or in-house creative team experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of delivering award-winning, results-driven campaigns across channels
Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying and winning new accounts and growing existing relationships
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of conceptual and executed work
Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of brand development, digital marketing, social media, UX design, and content strategy
Exceptional presentation and communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)

Preferred

Experience in B2B and B2C environments
Familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and AI-enhanced creative tools
High emotional intelligence with a passion for mentoring and empowering creative talent
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a fast-paced, sales-driven agency culture
