Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries and relay accurate information
Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and forms
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms; maintain office calendars
Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and office setup
Coordinate office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory levels
Support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, copying, and mailing
Assist with organizing meetings, trainings, and company events, including logistics and materials
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Perform other related duties as assigned to support office operations

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team

Preferred

associate degree or administrative certification
