Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join their team in Marlborough, MA. This role involves supporting technical and training operations by managing administrative tasks and acting as a liaison between teams to ensure effective training program administration through the Learning Management System.

Responsibilities

Technical Administration: Create, update, and maintain a status listing of "Service Dongles" (system access keys) using Sentinelle software; coordinate with the shipping department for delivery

Training Coordination: Administer training within the Cornerstone LMS, including analyzing training surveys, conducting effectiveness audits, and generating "overdue training" reports

Documentation: Assist the Tech Pubs team in validating and publishing technical documentation

Project Support: Manage individual and team task assignments, ensuring all projects are followed through to successful completion under deadline pressure

Communication: Compose professional correspondence, schedule and attend Teams meetings, and maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality regarding intellectual property

Required

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)

Detail Orientation: A high level of accuracy in documentation and the ability to prioritize conflicting needs proactively

Preferred

Prior experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet

Experience with Learning Management Systems (specifically Cornerstone)

Familiarity with Sentinelle software

Background in administrative project work or technical team support
