Responsibilities
Perform visual, dimensional, and 1st article inspections on rubber and composite components
Generate and assemble document packages for shipment of product
Monitor calibration cycles of process and test equipment
Maintain clean and organized work area and files
Control and maintain inspection supplies
Support quality assurance functions throughout the facility
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with standard measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Technical drawing and document interpretation skills required
Basic computer skills are required
Visual acuity equivalent to Jaeger 1 and 20/40 minimum vision, corrected or uncorrected, is required
This position will require access to ITAR and/or EAR controlled technical data, technology or source code, and requires that all individuals in this role be authorized to access such information
Preferred
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in quality assurance or inspection preferred (preferably in an aerospace environment is a plus)
Technical school a plus, but not required
