Responsibilities
Recruitment: Source, screen, and present top-tier Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers across all specialties to our client partners
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using our proprietary CRM system
Client Interaction: Work closely with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate placement process
Earn Big Commissions: With a commission-only structure, your earning potential is among the highest in the industry
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related fields
Strong understanding of physician and advanced practice provider recruitment
Exceptional communication skills and a strong phone presence
Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
Highly organized with a goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
