Manage and build on key Client relationships

Manage and own service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering service for the cross-functional teams

Growing the business through noiseless delivery

Accountable for delivering service and achieving business goals of the assigned function and support teams

Lead the delivery strategy to meet and deliver on the value proposition to our clients

Confidently and proactively support sales through solutioning, lead the execution of the solution plan Delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings

Provide strategic perspective, growing understanding of the business strategy to be able to act as an advocate and influencer of others
