Responsibilities
Step into a leadership-focused role at the center of a region-wide maternal care initiative
Join a collaborative group including 2 family medicine OBs, 1 CNM
Practice full-spectrum OB/GYN care with strong emphasis on surgical OB and traditional GYN procedures
Serve as Clinical Lead for a formal midwifery training program modeled after Frontier Nursing University and Baptist TN
Schedule includes 50% clinical / 50% administrative and teaching during initial ramp-up period
Manage a high-risk population with 200 annual deliveries and goals to expand to 500
Cover on-site emergencies as the on-call OB physician; CNMs manage routine labor progression
Qualification
Required
Must be Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Comfort managing high-risk pregnancies
Strong traditional surgical skills
Preferred
Minimum 3-10 years' experience preferred; ideal for a mature clinician drawn to mentorship and rural care
Benefits
$75,000 targeted sign-on bonus
