Responsibilities

Provide creative direction and design leadership across multiple interior projects, ensuring design excellence and alignment with client goals
Lead projects from concept through completion, including space planning, material selection, FF&E, and overall design narrative
Develop and deliver high-impact presentations using 2D and 3D media
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to create cohesive, innovative, and buildable solutions
Mentor and inspire interior design staff, foster growth, collaboration, and a strong design culture
Oversee furniture procurement and maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers
Balance design vision with project budgets, timelines, and technical requirements
Stay current on design trends, materials, and industry innovations, ensuring the firm remains a leader in the market
Contribute to business development, including client presentations, interviews, and RFP responses

Required

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
15+ years of experience in commercial interiors, with a strong background in workplace, commercial, and hospitality projects
Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring design teams
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Exceptional design sensibility, visual communication, and presentation skills
Strong leadership, collaboration, and client management abilities

Preferred

Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
IIDA, NCIDQ, and/or LEED accreditation
