Responsibilities

Analyzes and obtains feedback from the business users, policy and program staff in order to develop change orders impacting eligibility
Provides feedback to KDHE DHCF leadership regarding resources necessary to complete change orders
Analyzes impacts of complex system changes on processes
In collaboration with internal and external business users, policy and program staff, other eligibility staff and project managers coordinate the implementation of the approved changes
Must have a comprehensive understanding of policy and system related rules

Required

High School, GED
Valid Driver's License - Incumbent is required to have and maintain a valid driver's license when operating a state vehicle, a private vehicle, or a rental vehicle for the benefit of the State
Three years of experience in collecting, evaluating, studying or reporting on statistical, economic, fiscal/budget, legislative or administrative data. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency

Preferred

Experience with the Kansas Eligibility Enforcement System (KEES)
Experience evaluating systems modifications for effectiveness
Two years' relevant professional experience in medical assistance
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Proofreading, editing, attention to detail
Analytical skills
Adobe, OBIEE, and/or SQL skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to gather relevant data and present in an organized manner
Organizational skills
