Strong opinions on tech. If you're not severely passionate about what you do, we're probably not interested
Willingness to tell us when we're wrong. We're pretty good at what we do, but like anyone else, we make mistakes
Not wildly dependent on AI
Experience working in a software engineering team - either remote, hybrid, or in-person
