Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and cost
Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal
Coordinate efforts across departments including Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and
Act as a key decision-maker during critical operational and organizational
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior management
Proven experience managing complex operations and leading cross-functional
Strong strategic thinking and execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making
Deep understanding of operational metrics, process optimization, and performance
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L
Ability to lead change in fast-paced, evolving

Track record of scaling organizations or leading operational
