Responsibilities

Track and update progress on transition activities across all five pillars

Maintain and manage readiness trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility

Prepare agendas, capture action items, and distribute summaries for weekly TMO meetings

Follow up on outstanding tasks with functional leads

Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable reports

Identify risks and escalate issues promptly

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables

Support communication of key milestones and dependencies

Maintain dashboards or spreadsheets for budget tracking and spend analysis

Assist in preparing variance reports and financial summaries

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
