Responsibilities
Training technicians how to use, test, tune and prep a machines technology before shipment to the customer
Providing follow-up training upon Service Department request
Presenting information to various size groups
Assisting in the creation of in-person and online service training materials
Performing hydraulics, CAT ET and SIS training over time
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years' experience in site work, earth moving or heavy construction
Basic understanding of heavy equipment machinery and systems
Solid technology skills: knowledge of computers and related software
Highly driven and detail oriented
Good organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to utilize company vehicle for travel to other Milton CAT locations as needed
Preferred
Experience as a heavy equipment operator or technician a strong plus
Training or public speaking experience a strong plus
