Pump Assembly / Testing

Canister operation- ie. Sonic Welder and Testing

Kit Machine operation (one Technician II per machine)

Including all Production Technician I job responsibilities:

Port Pad Production and Pouching

Kitting Production

Non-Sterile Foam Pouching

Product Labeling and Packaging

Printing Labels

Y Connector Production

Extension Tubing, Internal Tubing, and Exhaust Tubing Production

Cleanse Port Pad Production

Product Inspection

General Housekeeping

Other Duties As May Be Assigned by the Production Manager, Or by Management

Must follow all gowning requirements, all personal protective equipment (PPE), safety requirements, and/or cleanliness & hygiene requirements

Ability to perform Pump Assembly / Testing

Ability to perform Pump Repair

Ability to operate Canister - ie. Sonic Welder and Testing

Ability to operate Kit Machine (one Technician II per machine)

Ability to perform Port Pad Production and Pouching

Ability to perform Kitting Production

Ability to perform Non-Sterile Foam Pouching

Ability to perform Product Labeling and Packaging

Ability to print Labels

Ability to perform Y Connector Production

Ability to perform Extension Tubing, Internal Tubing, and Exhaust Tubing Production

Ability to maintain General Housekeeping

Ability to report safety issues or concerns surrounding equipment to management

Ability to notify the Production Manager and the Director of Operations for any requests to manufacture product or perform work that deviates from policies and procedures

Ability to meet physical demands including using hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear

Ability to sit or stand for periods of time

Ability to push, pull, or lift objects up to 50 lbs

Ability to use a ladder

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
