Responsibilities
Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and accruals
Maintain strong internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Assist the team in all items related to completing month-end deadlines which can include helping enter AP, AR & journal entries as directed by managers
Qualification
Required
Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
