They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to lead onboarding, ensure seamless coordination, and drive cross-functional execution in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
Coordinate dealer signups and launches for SmartPath Rental
Support product testing coordination and related validation activities
Partner with engineering and internal business stakeholders to track progress and remove blockers
Manage schedules, tasks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Provide general project coordination and operational support as adoption scales
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts
Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills with a self-starter mindset
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities (“many moving parts”)
No strong technical background required, but must be comfortable understanding functional workflows (ex: scheduling and invoicing processes)
Preferred
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., drafting test cases, release notes, coordination support)
