Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end integration process for newly acquired companies
Creating and executing integration plans
Coordinating cross-functional teams to meet integration goals
Identifying and mitigating risks
Synergy tracking and, where necessary, assist in implementation
Collaborate with senior leadership to define integration strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure the successful transfer of technology, processes, and knowledge from acquired entities
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project goals
Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
Identify and implement best practices for integration processes
Manage and lead other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
Preferred
An MBA is a plus
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
Experience in acquisition integration is highly desirable
