Communications Specialist
Spectrum Association Management is a recognized leader in homeowners’ association management with a vibrant culture. They are seeking a Communications Specialist who will manage customer correspondence, collaborate with team members, and contribute to building communication resources.

Responsibilities
Edit and send outgoing customer correspondence (email-blasts, etc.)
Happy doing some repetitive work
Manage workflow queue to ensure timely completion of requests
Establish and maintain content and documents on association websites
Create templates and best practices for common documents to create consistency
Handle High Volume Work. Volume fluctuates, but this role requires determination to finish each day's workload
Edit, and eblast community correspondence from workflow queue
Collaborate with team members to ensure daily workflow responsibilities are completed with high accuracy and within requested delivery times
Expert customer service for internal clients
Contribute to building enterprise communications tools and resources (templates, tips/pointers, training, etc.)
Master and utilize website, eblast, client management software programs
Qualification
