Sr. Procurement Manager, Global Logistics

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Warehousing & RMA sourcing categories, owning end-to-end supplier engagement across third-party warehouses, fulfillment centers, repair depots, refurbishers, and reverse logistics partners
Own the commercial strategy and supplier portfolio supporting inbound warehousing, outbound distribution, returns processing (RMA), refurbishment, resale, recycling, and disposal operations
Negotiate, draft, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments, and pricing exhibits with warehousing, RMA, and logistics service providers
Lead RFx processes for Warehousing and RMA services, including scope definition, bid analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendation using eSourcing tools
Develop and execute category strategies leveraging market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, rate cards, capacity planning, and total cost of ownership (TCO) models across storage, handling, labor, repair, and reverse logistics cost drivers
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for Warehousing and RMA suppliers, managing pricing, performance issues, claims, compliance, contract changes, and escalations
Identify and deliver cost optimization and productivity initiatives, including network optimization, supplier rationalization, rate re-benchmarking, and process improvements across warehousing and returns flows
Partner closely with Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Service, and Legal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost validation that withstands executive scrutiny
Host QBRs and supplier scorecard reviews, driving accountability around SLAs, KPIs, service quality, cost, compliance, and continuous improvement
Ensure suppliers meet commitments related to cost, capacity, service levels, quality, inventory accuracy, RMA turnaround times, and compliance
Travel 10–20% to supplier sites for business reviews, audits, and program alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, or Business (master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in Logistics / Services Procurement, with strong emphasis on Warehousing, Reverse Logistics (RMA), and contract management
Direct sourcing experience with 3PLs, warehousing providers, fulfillment centers, repair/refurbishment vendors, and reverse logistics partners
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, RMA workflows, inventory handling, labor models, and cost drivers
Demonstrated expertise in services contracting, including MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, SLAs, outsourcing models, should-cost analysis, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations
Experience running RFx processes and managing suppliers through the full contract lifecycle
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
