Leading full-cycle recruitment for operations roles in manufacturing, life sciences, engineering, and quality, with exposure to pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated environments

Developing innovative sourcing strategies and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent

Maintaining the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System, reporting on metrics, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience

Building strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align talent needs

Required
