Responsibilities
Help scale our healthcare division through strategic top down partnerships
Building and expanding relationships with healthcare organizations throughout the Northeast and New England
Engaging senior leadership and C suite decision makers
Own the front end of the client relationship lifecycle including prospecting qualifying discovery meetings solution positioning and long term account growth
Work closely with executive leadership and delivery teams to align client needs with high impact recruiting solutions across multiple healthcare verticals
Qualification
Required
3 plus years of healthcare business development experience
Proven track record of engaging and influencing C level executives including CEOs CFOs COOs and CHROs
Demonstrated success working top down within healthcare organizations
Strong discovery skills with the ability to uncover business pain points and position value driven solutions
Highly articulate confident and relationship oriented communicator
Business minded professional who understands urgency accountability and long term partnership building
