Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Greet and engage guests as they arrive, creating a welcoming and energetic environment
Guide attendees through the interactive pop-up, answering questions and helping them navigate each part of the experience
Assist with photo and video moments, ensuring guests know how to pose, use props, or capture their content
Support tech operations (simple tasks such as tapping start/stop, resetting stations, monitoring equipment)
Maintain a clean and organized space, restocking materials and keeping the area presentable
Troubleshoot minor issues and flag anything that needs escalation to the supervisor
Collaborate with the team to keep lines moving and ensure the experience runs smoothly throughout the day
Represent the brand professionally with a friendly, reliable, and positive attitude
Qualification
Required
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to engage guests and create a welcoming environment
Experience in guiding attendees and answering questions
