Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field

Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an enterprise environment with network and voice support responsibilities

Prior experience in a team leadership role within an enterprise technology support team

Strong knowledge of advanced networking technologies, including routing/switching, voice, wireless, private fiber, private cellular, Cisco network infrastructures, Cisco voice infrastructures, and network security

Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Must possess a valid FL Driver's License and able to travel to all STOF Reservations and other locations as necessary

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
