Experience assisting at trial
Familiarity with the Texas and Federal rules of civil procedure
Client contact and document review
Drafting and responding to discovery
Indexing, exhibit preparation, and investigation and research
Preferred
Candidates who have worked mostly temp jobs as Defense Paralegals
