In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance the buying, selling, logistics, and shipping experiences by crafting user-centered content that drives meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

Responsibilities

Lead the content design process from discovery and ideation through final delivery of high‑fidelity user experiences
Produce high‑quality, error‑free content aligned with UX best practices and design system standards
Bring a clear point of view that incorporates partner perspectives and anticipates risks
Drive cohesive product narratives and consistency across touchpoints in partnership with design, marketing, and customer support teams
Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and scalable across global markets by partnering with localization and accessibility experts

Required

8+ years of professional experience in content‑focused roles, including 4+ years working specifically on in‑product UX content

A portfolio demonstrating human‑centered design thinking and high‑quality UX content solutions
Experience co‑leading the product design process from early concept through launch
Proven ability to create product content strategies for web and mobile, with a strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
