Responsibilities
Construct fiberglass molds from start to finish
Prepare molds for production by ensuring smooth surfaces and precise dimensions
Demold and trim finished molds with care and accuracy
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a clean and safe workspace
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and improve processes
Ensure every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Handle materials safely, including adhesives, solvents, and protective coatings
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with fiberglass resins and composite materials (marine, automotive, or industrial backgrounds are a plus)
Familiarity with silicone molding, resin casting, or pouring techniques
Comfortable using hand tools, sanders, grinders, and mixing equipment
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
Commitment to safety procedures and responsible material handling
A positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
GED / High School Diploma
Able to work in the US
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
