Responsibilities
Write clear, learner-focused scripts, module copy, assessment items, microlearning, and landing-page content that align to learning objectives and competency frameworks
Design and deliver live virtual lessons, workshops, and webinars for adult learners using video conferencing platforms; adapt delivery for cohort and one-on-one formats
Create detailed storyboards and scripts for multimedia developers and record/edit voiceover or instructor-led video when required
Publish and maintain course content in the LMS, configure assessments/quizzes, and monitor learner progress and completion data
Optimize course descriptions and marketing copy for discoverability and enrollment using SEO best practices and keyword research
Iterate on course content using learner feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to improve engagement and learning outcomes
