Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess the qualifications, experience, and cultural fit of potential candidates
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to reach a wide pool of candidates
Applicant Tracking: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate applications, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping
Networking: Attend healthcare industry events, job fairs, and conferences to network with potential candidates and stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and industry-specific requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required
Preferred
Certification in Healthcare Recruitment (CHCR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
