IDR, Inc. is seeking an OCMT Analyst to join one of their top clients for a large-scale government project focused on transforming Medicaid Management Information Systems. The role involves planning and executing change management and training activities across multiple workstreams to support system transformations and maximize user adoption.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute change management and training activities across multiple workstreams to support system transformations

Collaborate with business stakeholders, KPMG teams, and system integrators to prepare impacted users and measure adoption

Develop and implement strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance, including communication and engagement plans

Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments to inform planning

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement

Required

Proven experience leading organizational change management for large-scale IT implementations (preferably in State Government)

Strong training design and facilitation skills grounded in adult learning principles

Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Proficiency with common project and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Teams; familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar a plus)
