Receptionist
Atlantic Group has partnered with an investment firm in the New York City area, seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The role involves greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and performing various administrative duties while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities
Heavy phone volume - answer all incoming calls to the main lines; transfer calls appropriately and/or provide detailed messages
Coordinate incoming meeting requests and manage calendars for 10+ conference rooms
Greet arriving guests, escort to conference rooms and assist during visit
Executive meal prep and coordinating firm-wide catering needs when requested
General office duties (scanning, copying, filing, etc.); coordinate courier and postal deliveries
Coverage for Administrative Staff, as needed
Update procedure manuals and reference guides
Assist with firm wide special events
Project work with development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1-5 years of administrative experience in financial services/related industry
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Ability to keep information organized and confidential
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
