Responsibilities
Assist funding manager regarding the monitoring various pipelines with special attention to lock expiration, CDs/COCs due, PCCDs due, Escrow disbursement. Communication to treasury regarding funding’s and federal ref numbers
Maintain feedback for monthly title calls
Maintain a pipeline of 50% of a funder/closer and handle all duties required
Lead and develop a team; responsible for assisting with training and development
Qualification
Required
8+ years of related experience in Retail Residential Mortgage Closing/Funding or similar field
High school diploma required
Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced retail residential closing/funding experience. Conventional and Government loan experience. Thorough knowledge of TRID and RESPA LE/CD requirements
Advanced experience with Encompass
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
