New Grad, Entry LevelLuxor Healthcare is seeking an Activity Aide to join their team and help support high-quality resident care. The Activity Aide will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating various programs based on each resident's needs and care plans.

Responsibilities
Prepare activity rooms and areas for scheduled programs
Recommend needed equipment and supplies to the supervisor
Clean and reset activity areas after programs
Follow resident care plans to provide daily activities
Purchase department supplies and assist residents with personal items when needed
Support residents during activities to promote physical, social, and emotional well-being
Visit in-room residents, assist with crafts, write letters, run errands, and provide general support
Qualification
Required
Patience, tact, a cheerful attitude, and enthusiasm
Ability to work with residents at varying maturity levels
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to move intermittently throughout the day
Preferred
Experience in a Long Term Care Activities Department
