As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support inventory management and ensure materials are available for production operations, working closely with various teams to maintain system accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities
Support inventory management activities including receiving, stocking, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to ensure materials are available and correctly issues to jobs
Aid with maintaining accurate inventory records within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Assist with transaction execution in the MES system (receipts, issues, transfers, work order consumption)
Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system data
Assist with documentation of inventory processes and standard work
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
Interest in manufacturing, inventory control, and operational processes
Strong attention to detail and a desire to work with systems and data
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow standardized processes
Willingness to spend time on the production floor and in a warehouse environment
Able to work full time, onsite for a minimum of 10 consecutive weeks beginning in June 2026
Preferred
6+ months of a previous internship, co-op, or academic project experience outside of normal classes
GPA of 3.5 or above
Basic experience with CAD Software, MATLAB, Python, or Excel
