Estimate jobs, perform take-offs, write proposals, communicate with business owners or property managers
Write picking list, order materials, arrange for permits
Interpret job specifications and contract drawings and estimate materials needed
Generate and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors and other local avenues of business
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass background check
Must be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Experience in all Low Slope and Steep Slope Roofing Systems
Ability to read drawings and spec books in order to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
Preferred
Construction/roofing industry experience
2+ years experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales)
