Responsibilities

Lead capital and continuous improvement projects in metals manufacturing

Support rolling, forming, machining, fabrication, and finishing processes

Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment

Perform engineering calculations and create technical documentation

Optimize plant layout, material flow, and equipment utilization

Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams

Track project schedules, budgets, and cost performance

Drive scrap reduction, yield improvement, and throughput gains

Evaluate vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers

Ensure OSHA, environmental, and safety compliance
