LHH is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a newly created role within their Right of Way organization. This position involves owning contract development, administration, and process improvement, aimed at modernizing and streamlining operations in the Right of Way function.

Responsibilities

Create and standardize Right of Way contract templates from scratch

Collaborate with legal teams and attorneys to review, refine, and recommend contract language

Evaluate and adapt external templates to align with business and regulatory needs

Manage the full Right of Way contract lifecycle once templates are established

Oversee agreements with landowners, government agencies, ranches, businesses, and individual property owners

Ensure compliance, consistency, and risk mitigation across all agreements

Identify and overhaul antiquated Right of Way processes

Build scalable workflows, documentation, and governance standards

Drive modernization initiatives across the Right of Way function
