Responsibilities
Concept, storyboard, design, and animate motion graphics for campaigns, product stories, web experiences, social content, events, and more
Help define and maintain a cohesive motion identity that scales across channels
Edit a wide range of video content: customer stories, interviews, social content, webinars, explainer videos, etc
Build and maintain motion templates, libraries, and systems that improve speed and consistency across projects
Collaborate closely with designers, writers, project managers, marketers, and product partners to bring ideas to life
Coordinate with external vendors, editors, or animators when needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, animation, or a related discipline
A strong portfolio/reel demonstrating your skills in motion, editing, typography, storytelling, and design fundamentals
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
Experience editing video for digital, social, or marketing environments
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, and are comfortable with both polished work and fast-turn deliverables
Able to communicate thoughtfully, take feedback well, and present your work with clarity
Curiosity for emerging creative tools for ideation, storyboarding, or production
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
Understands the fundamentals of video production and post-production workflow
