The Analyst is responsible for the implementation, training, and support of supply chain systems and tools, collaborating with leadership to optimize operations and ensure effective system utilization.

Responsibilities

Provide site level operational support for supply chain systems and tools. Performs operational system tasks and maintenance as assigned. Under the guidance of the Supply Chain Business Operations Manager, may be asked to lead site implementation projects

Troubleshoot assigned site issues related to system functionality and data integrity. Escalates within the Supply Chain Business Operations team as necessary

Collaborates with other Supply Chain Business Analysts to create documentation and training materials

Conducts training and system process certifications

Audits system utilization for optimization opportunities as well as compliance with standard operating procedures

Coordinate data capture for mass data loads

Recommend system improvements based on user interactions, data analysis, and expertise

Collaborates with supply chain facility leadership

Supply Chain systems and tools super-user. Stays current on new functionality and available reports/dashboards

Required

Demonstrated experience in maintenance, and support of supply chain systems

Experience in Supply Chain operations

Experience in healthcare

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Highly skilled at Excel is preferred
